to Grand Champion Angler", "Largest Tarpon", "Top Rod
Angler", "Top Celebrity Angler Runner up", and "Top Celebrity
Angler Day 2".
Capt. Rob has won the 2007 3rd PLACE "REDSNOOK", 2004
3RD PLACE "REDSNOOK Y-FLY", 1998 Florida Keys Cheeca
Redbone "Guide to the largest Redfish", 1999 Collier
County RedSnook "3rd Place Team Champions Guide" and
placed 5th in the 2003 Cabela's
Key Largo Redfish tournament. He
also prides himself in multiple IGFA certified Grand
Slams. Additional tournament wins include: 2005 RedSnook
most snook releases at 52 in 2 days, and 2005 BackCountry
Classic most spot redfish with 16 spots.
His 18 ft Hewes powered by a 4 stroke
115 H.P Yamaha motor has the speed and dependabilty
to get to the fish. Wether a spin, plug or fly angler
all can be accomodated. Old Florida, Sage, Shimano,
Loomis, Diawa, Falcon are some of the names you can
expect when you fish with Captain Rob. He prides himself
in tying all his flies and always testing new patterns.
An Everglades National Park licensed guide he is patient
with all levels of anglers and always willing to to
answer any questions. With all licenses and equipement
supplied there is nothing for you to leave out. He always
welcomes the use of anyones own equipement or the request
for anything special.
